About Mitchell

Buying and selling real estate is a major decision, and Mitchell’s specialty is educating his clients throughout the process so they can make decisions with confidence. His 15 years of experience in the engineering industry gives him a unique insight into the construction process and the steps it takes to go from the planning stages of a property to completion of construction.

Mitchell has been a resident of Castle Rock since 2009 with his wife and four children, serving his community as a reserve sheriff deputy since 2015. He has a deep knowledge of local real estate markets, assisting fellow real estate agent and wife, Stephanie since 2015. Mitchell and Stephanie then started the real estate group, Greater Than Group, choosing the name because they want to offer something “greater than” just real estate.

Greater Than Group specializes in a full-service approach, whether you need help with contract negotiations, investment properties, downsizing or upsizing, or you’re starting from square one on your first house. Mitchell is known for being available, attentive, and ready to guide his clients through every worry, question, or concern.

Mitchell also grew up in and around the construction industry. His family owned a structural steel fabrication and machine shop, and from an early age he saw what it takes to run a successful business through exceptional customer service. He actively listens to his clients’ wants and needs, prioritizing, planning, and strategizing with them to get the results they want.
